1. Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of paper must be done by one of author(s) of the paper. Otherwise the paper cannot be included into the conference proceedings.

• 每篇文章至少一个作者须注册，且至少一个作者须做文章报告

2. Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers. 会议主办方收到注册费用后方可确认注册成功

• 3. Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the Delegate. 文章的其余作者或是陪同人员可注册为听众。

* Authors Registration fees includes publication of the paper accepted;
* Student Author: Provide a valid certificate from their departments(only for the first author). 第一作者为学生，且提供学生身份证明
* Delegate: Attend the conference only, without submission and publication. 只参会，不提交文章，不作报告。

住宿安排: Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms them.

Refund/Cancellation Policy 退款

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 60% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email

Personal Reason
The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Date and Place Statement

The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
